[Beignet] [PATCH 0/7] Print kernel assembly to a file.

This series allows user applications to pass a compiler option to
clBuildProgram that dumps the kernel assembly to a file.
This option takes the form "-dump-opt-asm=[PATH]" where [PATH] is the absolute
path to a file that will be overwritten with the output.

This patch series preserves the original functionality of dumping the assembly
to stdout if the environment variable OCL_OUTPUT_ASM is set to 1.
