EU means execution unit in GPU. You can find some further information at:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intel_HD_and_Iris_Graphics
And you can find the corresponding information for your machine:
"HD Graphics 4200, 4400, 4600, P4600, P4700 – GT2, 20 execution units, up to 432 GFLOPS at 1350 MHz"
