Yes.

Beignet is GPU only, and only supports Intel's graphics card.

I am not quite sure about your question. Do you mean whether Beignet supports third party graphics card? I would say no.

We are working on OpenCL 2.0. I am not quite sure on OpenCL 2.1 now.
SPIR-V is a very useful feature, but it is quite different from SPIR which we currently support.
We will look at how to support it in Beignet. It may take some time.
