[Beignet] issue with cl

Hi Rebecca,

i submitted my bug to:

i compiled myself kernel because i needed specific hardware support -
kernel 3.16 is too old for my hardware,
something is completely wrong, clinfo is not working ...

results:

This can usually be fixed by upgrading Linux to >= 4.2,
