[Beignet] [PATCH 2/2] Fix bug of clEnqueueCopyBufferToImage and clEnqueueCopyImageToBuffer.

Can you write a function to decide the alignment? Then it could be reused by cl_mem_copy_buffer_to_image and cl_mem_copy_image_to_buffer.
