[Beignet] Request for the final Beignet release

Hello,

There have been quite a few changes to Beignet master since the release
1.3.2 came out in October 2017, possibly most important ones being
support for LLVM6 and LLVM7. NEO doesn't work on architectures older
than Skylake so I do not see Beignet ceasing to be useful any time soon.
Therefore, could we please get one more release? I mean, it's not that
difficult for people like me (I maintain Beignet packages in Gentoo) to
simply incorporate the necessary patches into 1.3.2 but it would be
really nice to have something of a closure here.
