[Cairo] Making it easier to build Cairo from CVS.

For those interested in an easier way to build cairo from CVS, you might 
want to try out jhbuild.  I have written some instructions on using it 
to build cairo (among other things) and put them up here:

Jhbuild was originally written to assist building Gnome from CVS for 
testing and development purposes, but has been expanded since then to 
cover more packages, including a few available from cvs.freedesktop.org 
including Cairo.  Unlike some build tools that work from a single list 
of modules, jhbuild uses dependency information so that only those 
modules necessary to build the modules you want actually get built.

Comments on jhbuild and the setup instructions are welcome.
