[Cairo] Cairo and 1bpp Bitmaps

this is a bit order issue. Most likely FreeImage and Cairo do not agree 
whether the 0th or the 7th bit is the leftmost. [perhaps FreeImage has a 
flag to indicate so]

I would expect to need to set the fill color to white first.
