[cairo] glitz tests and demo

glitzinfo is now in cairo CVS. 

glitztest is currently a mess and I'd like to see it cleaned up or
replaced by a better test program. There's no need for input handling in
glitztest, test number as command line parameter should be enough.

I can do this later,  but if someone wants to beat me to it, that would
be great as I'm kind of busy right now.
