Mine is in Inkscape CVS, browseable at:

http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/inkscape/experimental/cairo-testbed/cairo/

It's a very thin wrapper, so I'm not sure how much there is to reuse,
per se.  But have a look.
