[cairo] cairo_image_surface_create_for_png bug

calling cairo_image_surface_create_for_png() for a 0 byte file gives:
libpng error: Read Error
Aborted

Here's a patch so cairo_image_surface_create_for_png() returns NULL
when given a 0 byte file.
