[cairo] atsui surface?

The image surface (and soon the ps and pdf surfaces) are the only
"universal" surface types.

I think the reference to "atsui" above is a typo. It should say
cairo_quartz_surface, and yes, that's related to the Mac OS X
platform. (Cairo does have an "atsui" variant of cairo_font_face_t and
that is also related to the Mac OS X platform.)
