[cairo] Adding a boolean type

That sounds like consensus to me. Anyone that cares to should feel
free to implement and commit the following:

cairo.h:
	typedef int cairo_bool_t;

cairoint.h:
	#define CAIRO_FALSE 0
	#define CAIRO_TRUE  1
