[cairo] Directfb backed

[Mike Emmel]

attached is a directfb backend for cairo its in the very early stages
but it can draw.

I was hoping for some comments on it coding style suggestions etc.

Also if somone has some idea on the best approach for handling the 
trapezoids I'd be intrested.
