[cairo] API Shakeup: Renaming the terms of the rendering equation

I'd like to propose the following names for the simplified form of the
cairo rendering equation:

	target = source IN shape OP target

This is simplified in that it only applies to portions of target
within the current clip.

We'll try to use the names "target", "source", and "shape" will be
consistently in remaining API Shakeup proposals.

PS. Note that the documentation for the rendering equation will need
to define IN and OP in terms other than simply Porter/Duff operators.
This is because there will be more going on than simple Porter/Duff
when we provide component-alpha semantics as the Render extension
does, (which will be very useful for sub-pixel rendered text and
geometry, and may be useful for other masking effects as well).
