[cairo] Java-GNOME adding cairo bindings

Hi Ivan,

Thanks a lot for pointing this out. This is really neat and integrates
cleanly into SWT on all platforms using the native tools of the
platform. This is great !! This means we do not have to maintain SWT
specific cairo bindings.
