[cairo] Cairo embolden font patch

here is the update patch, the patch doesn't touch cairo_font_options_t any more.
another change is i rename load_flags filed in cairo_ft_scaled_font_t
to flags and add a maro LOAD_FLAGS to get load flags from flags,
because it's not *real* load flags any more only the lower 24bits. is
it ok?
over all this patch does three things
1. ignore global advance if required when loading glyphs
2. embolden glyphs if required
3. rename load_flags filed in cairo_ft_scaled_font_t to flags
