[cairo] shape api

It would be really useful if cairo had a lightweight toolkit for common
shapes and figures. It looks like a variety of such things are already
implemented in svg_cairo.c, and could easily be yanked into a new pair of
source files.

For example, this would speed my efforts on the Scene/Canvas toolkit for
cairo, for which I am copying pieces from svg_cairo.c.

Though I'm still new to cairo, I could do the yank to get this started...
