[cairo] Patches for uninstalled pc

Cairo and libpixman did not have uninstalled pc useful for development
 attached are patches and files.

There agianst the version now in the directfb cvs.

Also people working on  directfb  are now going to look at issues with
integration of cairo with surface api's like directfb and SDL.
