[cairo] win32 function has wrong type

I get this warning when compiling the win32 backend:

cairo-win32-surface.c:894: warning: initialization from incompatible 
pointer type

This is in the initialization of the backend structure.  The problem is 
_cairo_win32_surface_finish has the wrong type.  Attached patch should 
fix it.
