[cairo] Win32 Version

Hi,

CVS cairo compiles fine under Windows/MinGW32. This is an 
improvement over 1.0.2. But nearly all test segfaults :-(.
So I get 53 "Send problem report to MicroSoft"-Dialogs :-((

"53 of 60 tests failed"

Is there fix for this problem?

BTW, I try to make a very simple Tk-cairo Widget.
(It works under Linux with Xlib- or Image-backend).
