[cairo] Compile error with Cairo 1.0.0/1.0.2 on Mac OS X

FcFini is I think part of freetype so your version maybe old or
altered I'm not sure.
Mainly I think you should have actually used ATSUI as the font engine on OSX.
Try adding --enable-atsui
Not I've not build on the mac myself.
