[cairo] Re: surface device offsets and clipping

This test works fine if the clip is replaced with a mask-based clip
(e.g. a triangle from 50, 50 -> 50, 150 -> 150, 50), so it's
region-based clipping that's going bad, since it's not going through
_cairo_gstate_copy_transformed_pattern which applies the surface
device offsets.
