[cairo] [rcairo] rcairo on win32?

Given the fact that line 3 in “rcairo.rb” says "require 'cairo.so'", I
somehow assume this won't work on win32... Are there any plans to make
rcairo compliable on a win32 machine with MSVC installed? Or maybe even to
distribute some prebuilt binaries?

I've been playing with the idea to build a ruby-binding based on the
win32-port from www.hypertransport.de and ruby's "dl"-module only (which
should in theory be portable to any platform supporting dl without much
ado...), but I'm not really sure if it's worth the effort if you're
already working on a better solution.
