[cairo] gtkcairo needs porting to new glitz API

Hi, 

With latest glitz the rather useful gtkcairo widget no longer builds.
Does anybody know how the glitz API changed and how to port code that used
the old one? I'd like to use the gtkcairo widget with glitz in some test
code I'm writing.
