[cairo] building cairo-1.0.2 with MinGW

Hi all,

When building cairo-1.0.2 using MinGW, I get the following error:

 undefined reference to `_global_image_glyph_cache_mutex'
.libs/cairo-font.o(.text+0x12b2):

I configured using --enable-win32 only. I also get undefined references to
symbols from libpng even though I disabled png support. Is libpng a required
dependency ?
