[cairo] configure PNG functions before installing cairo

Hi:
I'm working over Debian, and every time I try to
install cairo 1.02 in the excecution of ./configure
tell me:

...
and the following features:
  PNG functions: no
...

I even do ./configure --enable-png, but the same
happened.

I need that functions, in the Readme file that feature
don't need support.
