[cairo] OS/2 port of Cairo v1.0.0

Finally had the time to clean up the things and fix all known bugs in the
OS/2 version, and did some zips from it.

Watcom makefile system and OS/2 specific source files:

The OS/2 makefile system has a patcher program, called OS2_patch (source
code is included in the zip file above), which changes some files to be
able to compile them on OS/2.

I've zipped up all the files that are changed by either the makefile or
this OS2_patch program: (sorry, no diff files, only changed source codes)

Everything needed to compile Cairo on OS/2 (the zip files above, all the
other libraries needed by Cairo, precompiled cairo.dll and cairo.lib with
OS/2 test applications) are available from:

(Right now it has an older version but the updated ones are in
/incoming...)
