[cairo] Gliztz/Cairo Example Code

I had talked about doing this a while ago but never got around to it. I
still haven't actually done it yet, but I figured I'd at least put up
what I started for someone else to use and possibly continue.

Here is some C code that demonstrates how to use Glitz and normal OpenGL
in the same program. I tried to include lots of documentation and
comments, although I'm not sure they're 100% accurate.

Anyways, have a look if you will.
