Thanks. I just cherry-picked that from the 1.0 branch. (Though I note
the commit has Behdad as the author, not Tor. Maybe someone neglected
to use GIT_AUTHOR_NAME when applying that originally?).

I just removed it from the tar file.

Both of these changes have been pushed.
