[cairo] Updated ROADMAP for cairo 1.2.0 (and beyond)

I think I've reviewed and accepted all of the non-SVG-specific stuff
now. I did merge the two separate changes to create_similar into
one. What I did is available here:

	git fetch git://git.cairographics.org/~cworth/cairo svg-general

If you're happy with that, then feel free to push it out to the
central tree and then build/merge the rest of your SVG-specific
changes on top of that.
