[cairo] Automated testing of Cairo

Based on the discussions and test results, I've updated the machines to
be more consistent with each other:

Getting librsvg onto the itanium appears to require xorg-x11, which
isn't installing for some reason.  We'll keep playing with it.  Other
than that, the machines are reasonably consistent (nfs12 has a newer
librsvg but that's probably okay).  I'll requeue some of the cairo tests
so we can see how this improves things...
