[cairo] Cairo 1.0.4 in sight

Hi,

As the GNOME 2.14 release date approaches (March 15), and there
are a couple crashers in Cairo that have been worked out already
in devel or 1.0 branches, I'm planning for releasing 1.0.4
sometime next week (or better, make Carl do it ;)).  Anyway, if
you have any favorite bits that should have been committed to the
1.0 branch but are not, it's time to speak.  I try hard to figure
out enough git to commit them, or again, make Carl do that :-D.
