[cairo] pending cairomm release

I've had a request to release a new version of cairomm to fix a few
minor issues in order to make it easier to get through the Fedora Core
approval process.

Since 0.5.0 there have been quite a few documentation and
build-related fixes, an API change (wrapping the enums in the Cairo
namespace), and some compilation fixes for the glitz and windows
backends.  Does anybody have anything else they'd like to see before I
make a new release of the C++ bindings?
