[cairo] Win + Cario + SVG

Thanks, but I had that from the download at http://gladewin32.sourceforge.net/modules/news/
But it has no function - that I can see - to load a SVG file and render it?!

You can download librsvg 2.14.x for Win32 (and all of its
dependencies) from TML's site:
