They're coming from annoying win32 editor issues; I just discovered the 
core.fileMode git-repo-config option that I can set to true to get it to 
ignore execute bit differences.  However, does this set it just for my 
local repo, or does this config option get propagated if I push or if 
someone clones from my repo?
