You can see the performance difference by comparing these 2 files:

the 20061022 one is from yesterday, before the lround and friends got applied, the
20061023 one should correspond with cairo 1.3.4.
No easy to read diffs, since, as indicated yesterday, cairo-perf-diff-files segfaults for
me and Daniel.

The xserver and libx11 are Xorg 7.1(ish):

xserver-kdrive-fbdev X11R7.1-1.1.0-r5
libx11-6 X11R7.1-1.0.1-r1 (diet-x11)
