Ah, OK. Now when I look closer I do notice an mmintrin.h file also in
the MSVC .NET 2003 folder.

There *are* two instances of inline assembly, though, used to detect
CPU features. Hopefully it won't be hard to figure out the equivalent
MSVC syntax.
