[cairo] What is "pangocairo"?

edit configure file of pango
change the value of have_cairo from false to true, then OK, libpangocairo built!

I saw the result of backends: Freetype cairo 
after 
configure --host=arm-linux CC=/usr/local/arm/3.3.2/bin/arm-linux-gcc --without-x

Great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I succeeded.

I'm having trouble building GTK 2.10.6 and have gotten no response so far
from the GTK list. It's stumbling while trying to check for pango and
executes this pkg-config line:

    pkg-config --exists pango pangocairo

I have Pango (1.14.7) and Cairo (1.2.4) installed, but there are no
pangocairo.pc files in either installation. Where do I find pangocairo?
