[cairo] uxPython UI Toolkit

Hi all. I have just release a preview of the UI toolkit for python
that I have been working on for the past 6 months. Uses cairo of
course! Might be useful for people trying to use cairo in python to
look at how I do things. That I am always right of course...
Improvements and suggestions are welcome.
