I thought the same thing, but then I remembered reading one Mozilla
developer mention a long time ago on this list that they change
WIN32_FONT_LOGICAL_SCALE to 1 in the cairo they use. I didn't know what
that was when I read it, but now I do. That prevented this bug from
affecting them.

I just looked up in their CVS to verify this. I think this is the right page:
