[cairo] Buidling Cairomm under windows

Hi there,
Im trying to build cairomm-1.2.4 with MCVS 2005, but get the error
"cannot open include file 'resource.h'"
What am I doing wrong ?
Everything I did was opening the cairomm.sln and put the path (include+lib)
to cairo (which was installed with gtk+)
Anything missing ?
