[cairo] Re: Drawing text with Windows bitmap fonts

Hello,

For your information, running cairo-based windows GTK+ runtime
environments (gtk-demo.exe, gtkthemeselector.exe) under wine on my
debian workstation results in HUGE fonts being displayed. (for
instance this one has problems: http://www.gnome.org/~bratsche/win32/,
but others too).

It may be a bug in wine, or maybe the above bug getting exercized? I
never investigated the problem (the code I work on runs fine on
windows and can be fully cross-compiled), but this may interest you.
