[cairo] Announce a GTK/Cairo linegraph widget

FYI,

After reading Davyd Madeley "Writing a GTK Widget using Cairo anf GTK
2.8" I ventured to update a simple linegraph widget I use in a few
applications.  It "glinegraph-cairo" is a sub-package of "gapcmon" at
the following url.

For the benefit of those looking for example code that tackles,
horizontal and veritical pango, cairo scaling and precision positioning.

I hope its useful for someone like me, looking to get started with
cairo.
