[cairo] Modelines

All source files should have an emacs modeline at the top. Currently,
only about half of all files have such a modeline which is one of the
reasons why cairo code contains inconsistent indentation. The other
reason may be that the CODING_STYLE file isn't as clear as it could
be. Here are two patches that tries to fix that. The first patch is gzipped
because it is to big and bounces otherwise.
