[cairo] Apache handles, file extension

Hi,

In the release page:

http://cairographics.org/releases/

the LATEST* files don't have extensions so it may make users or
download confusing what type are them.

Because they are  of.tar.gz files so I suggest to change the filenames
to, for example:

LATEST-cairo-1.4.10.tar.gz
