[cairo] Good cairo/gtk tutorial

Hi all,

I've found a good cairo + gtk tutorial[1].
The code is written using gtk but the main flow is the same as in C,
and very similar to python.

IMO, this is a good point the start for cairo beginners because the tut
is very well explained.

Should we link to it from cairo tutorial page[2]?
