[cairo] Patches for compilation in Win32

Hey all,

here are two patches to fix some errors and bring some other 
improvements to the Win32 build.

The first patch replaces round() function calls to cairo_lround().

The other one improves the makefiles, removes cairo-operator.c from 
the Makefiles, and fixes a variable definition that VC++ doesn't seem to like.
