[cairo] Patch for Extend_pad test

Here's another patch that fixes the include path of pdiff in 
buffer-diff.c (although that include doesn't even seem necessary..?) 
and modifies the extend_pad unit test to make sure no inside pixels 
are used when padding with the border pixels.
