[cairo] cairo --enable-quartz-font missing cairo-quartz-font.pc

Installing cairo 1.6.4 on Mac OS X with the --enable-quartz-font  
configure switch does not cause the cairo-quartz-font.pc file to get  
installed into ${prefix}/lib/pkgconfig. This was reported to me by a  
MacPorts user:

I've now added commands to the MacPorts cairo port to install this  
file, but shouldn't cairo install it itself?

I'm using Mac OS X 10.4.11 Intel and Xcode 2.4.1.
